Helmet Rental Night will be on Sunday, June
14th
from 5:00 - 6:00 pm @ Dunloggin Middle School. Helmets will be
rented for $10 with an $80 deposit. Play It Again Sports will also be on hand to sell equipment at a special Hero's price. All other equipment including: arm pads, shoulder pads, gloves and mouthpiece
must be secured by each player in the league and is mandatory to participate.
- Before renting any equipment from Hero’s,
Inc. of Howard County, parents or guardians must read, understand and
agree to the following guidelines:

Parents or guardians have read and understand the warning label
attached to each helmet. If you have any questions about helmet
safety, please ask.

Other equipment (i.e. goalie equipment) also contain warning labels.
Acquaint yourself with the safety standards of each.

Parents or guardians have inspected the equipment, accept it as fit for
its intended purpose, and agree to return it in the same condition received.

Parents or guardians have inspected the equipment before each practice
or playing session, notifying a representative of Hero's, Inc. of Howard
County 410-461-6596 of any defects
before permitting its use.

Parents or guardians agree to indemnify Hero's, Inc. of Howard County
and their representatives, to save them harmless, and to pay the cost of
defending them from and against any and all claims, actions, damages, liabilities
and expense, including attorneys and other professional fees, that might
arise from the use of equipment rented from Hero's, Inc. of Howard County.

If equipment is not returned to the Hero's, Inc. of Howard County
representative within seven days of a player's last participation in the
Hero's lacrosse program, the deposit will be forfeited and used
to purchase replacement equipment by Hero's.

Rental fees are nonrefundable.
NOTE: Players must return all helmets immediately following the last
game! A Hero's representative will return your deposit at that
time.
